1939 Party at Le Club –
A Bold Italic Event

The Bold Italic is an online magazine celebrating all things San Francisco, so we decided to throw a 1939-themed party to capture the spirit of the time when the city was playing host to the World's Fair.

Guests togged to the bricks (dressed to the nines) and got access to a private speakeasy-esque venue on Nob Hill called Le Club. The gin and absinthe flowed, piano keys were plunked, and we toasted to the recent erection of the Golden Gate Bridge.
